Refund Policy

Any payments that are assigned to Lucca Oral & Facial Surgery by your dental plan or your insurance company that result in a credit balance on your account will be returned to you by check or refunded to your credit card pending your preference. When all claims have been coordinated and paid and the account has been closed -a refund check will be processed by the bank and sent to you at the address you have provided on file with us. Checks are generally processed in bulk on the first day of every month but may be processed sooner or refunded to your credit card on request.

(Note: Please inform us if you change your address and remember to institute mail forwarding. Reimbursement checks will be mailed to the last address we have on record and check cancellation fees may apply for re-issued checks).
