Cancellation Policy

We ask that our patients arrive on time for their designated appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will result in a failed appointment. If you are having anesthesia or IV sedation, an escort must be confirmed and available at or before the time of check in and we require compliance with fasting guidelines, otherwise your visit will require re-appointment. No new appointments will be made unless your account balance is paid in full. We reserve the right to refuse rescheduling failed appointments that have been previously rescheduled or missed without notice.
